Hello! We are Owain and Cindy Davies. We are both fully qualified teachers with over 20 years teaching experience.

We opened our tuition centre in Llanelli in 2004, with the aim of helping young people improve their academic ability and reach their potential. However, we knew that purposeful tuition was much more than simply providing the right resources.

We wanted to provide an opportunity to improve self-esteem and confidence, in an atmosphere of encouragement, where learning is fun. We wanted to provide the environment, the resources, the motivation and the expert tuition, so that our students (your children) would be happy to attend. Once a child has confidence in themselves, their attitude to school and their lives in general can change in such positive ways.

Our aim is to make young people more positive about learning and to make them feel comfortable with their own abilities.

We are pleased to say that we have achieved this; and over the years, our dedicated and experienced team have shared the same goals. Prior to opening Tutor Planet, we taught in both primary and secondary education, teaching in London, Spain and Wales.

Our team at Tutor Planet Llanelli strive to deliver the very best service for every one of our students and twinned with your child’s studies at school, our extra tuition will make a difference! We specialise in Maths and English at Tutor Planet Llanelli and help children from age 6 through to 18.

Tutor Planet Llanelli is conveniently located just a few minutes away from 2 car parks – off Thomas Street and next to Ty Elli Surgery – and there’s a bus stop right outside the centre.
